We have terminated the Germany Server (Hosting Plans).
Since the beginning, we were forced to move and change IP Addresses several times. We also had to deal with the server slow speed, high memory loading, etc. It gave us some huge headaches.

So today, we decided to completely end (shutdown/kill) the German Server.

We're now accepting new orders for Texas USA plans.

April 22nd, 2010
Finally, we are getting responds from the server's Tech Support. They have took the server offline and hopefully corrected problems that started last week. The Texas USA Server appear to be operating normally. We'll continue to monitor the server.

On April 11-12th, the Texas server was taken down offline for maintaince (upgrading MySQL version) for an hour. After the server went back online, it was clear that the server was not operating normal as usual. After many attempts (12th-17th) to contact the Server Tech Support via email, support ticket system, and live chat.. they have NOT responded or made any attempt to correct the problem. We have heard nothing.. no announcements, no emails, ZERO.

So after 3 YEARS, we have decided to search for a replacement. We can no longer tolerate this.
In the next few days, we will start moving accounts, files, etc to a new server.

8:51PM EST: Now MySQL, Webmail, and etc failed. It seem they are letting the server die rather than fixing it. **WE ARE NOT ABLE TO LOGIN THE BILLING CENTER TO PROCESS ORDERS & INVOICES, WEBMAIL TO ANSWER EMAILS.**

After inspecting all accounts disk space usage, we have decided to change *reduce* disk space sizes for all plans. Why? Because we have noticed most accounts used less than 1 GB of disk space even if the limit is 5 GB, 15 GB, or more. Why give out big disk space sizes if no one use them all? This change will help relieve stress or pressure on servers load.
